La Route du Rock

LA ROUTE DU ROCK - SUMMER SESSION 2008

The 18th edition of the festival La Route du Rock will take place next 14th, 15th and 16th of August 2008 in Saint-Malo in Brittany, France.

La Route du Rock is a three days event with 25.000 festival goers in 2007 and 30 bands on three stages. For eighteen years, La Route du Rock has been known for specialized and daring line-ups, harmoniously combining recognized artists and new talents who, each year, enable music lovers to discover contemporary musical creation whether pop, rock or electro.

Thirty bands will perform in three amazing venues on the Emerald Coast:
- Let’s begin with concerts and downtempo mixes on one of the most beautiful beaches in Saint-Malo, for a relaxing afternoon.
- The shows continue at the Palais du Grand Large, on the seafront, in a cosy venue for a memorable occasion ;
- The nights will be more electric at the main venue, the Fort of Saint-Pere (a 18th century Vauban castle) with a daring pop-rock bill.

The Collection Pass : access to all the venues and all the concerts (the official tee-shirt of the festival is also offered). The gigs on the the beach Fnac are free.
Free camping (with accomodation) on site exclusively for festival goers.
Tickets can be ordered on line and you can print directy your tickets at home.

CONDOR FERRIES
Special offer for the English festival goers travelling with Condor Ferries.
